What can I expect during a treatment session?

There is little to no discomfort associated with the body contouring process. You may experience some warmth during the treatment, similar to a hot stone massage. There is no downtime associated with treatment, and you should be able to return to your normal daily activities. Most patients undergo 4 treatments scheduled every 7 to 14 days. Each treatment takes between 30 to 45 minutes.
